  1. If you hire a superstar they will produce as much as 2 times more than an average performer
  2. If you hire a top performer they will produce as much as 50% more than an average performer
  3. Hiring has the second highest ROI (after retention) of any people practice. Don’t let others do it for you. Managers must “own” all people processes and problems!
