Bill’s primary focus has been on designing and deploying complex global HR transformation solutions. Bill’s specialty is in bridging the gap from HR strategy to execution, preparing an organization to drive adoption as a result of large-scale transformation, enabled by digital HR technology solutions.
Bill is the founder of CnL Advisors, subsequently acquired by AMS in January 2022. At AMS, Bill served as Managing Director for the Americas Advisory business. Prior to AMS, worked for Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aramark and Avature. In these roles he worked across industries and sectors, partnering with global multinational customers throughout their comprehensive HR transformation journeys.
