Cynthia Cohen

Cynthia Cohen is a trilingual (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) professional with over 20 years
of experience. During the past 14+ years she has been working in the RPO industry, as well as in Global Recruitment. Cynthia has a combined recruiting and process-design experience. She has successfully managed international recruitment for global companies. Throughout her career, she has participated and led more than 40 implementations, which gave her a broad knowledge on how to integrate and strengthen multicultural teams. Cynthia also as a BS in English Interpretation and has continued her education at Harvard Business School and Stanford Online.
