HR Magazine has called Dan Hilbert the Industry Visionary in workforce planning while Jobster hailed Dan as the Bill Gates of workforce planning. In the past several years, Dan's clients, teams at Fortune 15 Valero Energy and Orca Eyes, have won 16 industry awards in the areas of strategic human capital management, workforce planning, recruiting, and talent innovation. Dan is currently the CEO of Orca Eyes and winner of the 2006 ERE Recruiting Excellence Award for Recruiter of the Year for his work at Valero.
