Hicham Zahr is the head of insights and analytics at Eightfold, where he is responsible for uncovering data-driven insights to inform talent strategies. He is currently leading the effort to automate and leverage BI tools to help companies with strategic workforce planning and upskilling/reskilling initiatives.
Prior to joining Eightfold, Hicham managed large digital programs and transformations in Fortune 100 and S&P 500 companies (Gartner, Oracle) and top consulting firms (McKinsey, KPMG) to develop data-driven approaches for solving key business, technology, and HR challenges.
