Jackye Clayton

Jackye is the VP of talent acquisition and DEI at Textio, where she leads all related work at Textio, provides critical expertise to customers, and serves as a leading voice in the products Textio creates for the broader ecosystem. She is an acclaimed thought leader and inspirational speaker on recruiting and DEI topics. She brings years of experience recruiting across a variety of industries including technology, HR, legal, finance, and operations, and most recently served as the DEI Strategist at SeekOut. Jackye was previously an editor for RecruitingDaily, and currently co-hosts two popular podcasts, "Inclusive AF" dealing with DEIB topics and "But First, Coffee," which focuses on human resources.
