Mary Grace Hennessy

Mary Grace Hennessy is responsible for overseeing SmashFly's product management team. Reporting to the CEO, she brings more than 15 years of leadership and experience inthe HR technology space.Before joining SmashFly, Mary Grace was senior director of product management with Taleo. During her nine-year tenure there, she managed the product management team, overseeing the launch and management of many of the company’s most successful products. She has helped many large organizations vet and optimize their recruiting strategy through better use of technology.
