Shannon Sisler

Shannon Sisler is the senior vice president of talent management and transformation at Western Union. She is responsible for global talent acquisition, talent management, workforce strategy and supports the organization’s transformation efforts. Previously, she was the vice president of talent and diversity at DaVita and was responsible for leading efforts to optimally select, assess, develop and retain teammates. Additionally, she led corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives. Prior to DaVita, she was the senior vice president and global head of human resources at Janus Capital Group, and started her career at Accenture.
